Besides the possibility of growing a team on demand, the client’s main difficulty was finding a reputable software partner who could swiftly train the augmented team about the product and development required.

Allocation of Resources
A technical product manager and a business analyst were deployed to provide the groundwork for the project. While the senior resources created the framework and milestones for the deliverables, Netsmartz chose and deployed development resources. The project manager at Netsmartz initiated this procedure, and senior Netsmartz resources proficient in .NET, Android & iOS development managed the pre-vetting and allocation for the project.
The entire ‘resource unit’ assigned handled the client’s procedures. The fact that the whole scope of the project is based on predetermined user stories provided an incentive for Netsmartz to push the software development. The project manager oversaw the project’s direction, ensuring that the deliverable requirements were satisfied, the feature design was followed, and the team’s and deployed resources’ feasibility was well-defined.
