The Problem Statement

The client approached Netsmartz in order to hire a dedicated in-house team. The primary concern was developing a domain-specific ERP product while delivering agility and expertise in the entire development process. Thus, their requirement from a software partner was allocating super efficient development resources.

The client already had well-defined user stories and frameworks, but the project required a development team with in-depth domain knowledge to understand the user stories.

Allocation of Resources

A technical product manager and a business analyst were deployed to provide the groundwork for the project. While the senior resources created the framework and milestones for the deliverables, Netsmartz chose and deployed development resources. The project manager at Netsmartz initiated this procedure, and senior Netsmartz resources proficient in .NET, Android & iOS development managed the pre-vetting and allocation for the project.

The entire ‘resource unit’ assigned handled the client’s procedures. The project manager oversaw the project’s direction, ensuring that the deliverable requirements were satisfied, the feature design was followed, and the team’s and deployed resources’ feasibility was well-defined.
