What is the vetting process like?

The Vetting process at Netsmartz is meant to screen and assess candidates per their communication, aptitude and technical skill. The process, which is established to eliminate any sense of skill ambiguity, is slated in phases, and includes the participation of the client.

Thus, the vetting process brings in a series of checks that helps us ensure that the Software development hire you make at Netsmartz is absolute.

    Profile Screening

    The candidate profiles are reviews as per the requirements of the client. This stage is to select and ascertain the candidates that will best match the client’s skill and talent needs. Primarily depends on the kind of project that the client brings as well as the ability required to deliver on that project. This essentially is the pre-vetting stage of the process.
