New opportunity to join our DynamicsSmartz Team! As a member of the Netsmartz Dynamics Software Division, you will play an important role working with new prospects and existing clients. In this new role, you will help grow business with our existing clientele as well help our sales team with B2B software sales and service opportunities. This position is with a global Microsoft Gold Certified Partner headquartered in Rochester(NY), with other offices in Mississauga(ON), Waterloo(ON) and globally. You will be reporting directly to VP of Sales/Dynamics Practice Lead.

  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high level of satisfaction.
  • Help expand partner channel to promote service offerings throughout North America and Globally for Product solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Cold calling, following up new business opportunities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with, industry influencers, and key strategic partners.
  • Communicating with prospects to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Collaborate with marketing on initiatives and review content.
  • Keeping accurate records notes within Dynamics CRM.

  • Outbound sales initiatives, we need someone who would be comfortable being the first point of contact with them!
  • Writing emails and creating email sequences with the CRM for different lead funnels.

  • Travel post Covid for conferences, tradeshows, events and internal meetings (max 5-10% travel)
  • B2B Software industry experience preferred in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV VAR or ISV. Alternative partner experience with Dynamics CRM, SL, GP or AX or other competing software considered an asset.
